A World Without Waste puts the ‘good’ back in ‘household goods’. Based in Washington, DC, and serving the DC metro area, it operates through two sectors: Etcetera Etcetera and Simplifiers.

Etcetera Etcetera sells refurbished, repurposed, imported and artisanal household items.  We transform unwanted furniture, clothing, books, kitchen goods, and found materials into affordable, usable, durable works of art.  We also offer the opportunity for e-consignment.

Simplifiers provides green organizing and de-cluttering services to the DC metro area. We focus on the big jobs – attics, garages, and basements. We listen, advise, and do the heavy lifting. We make sure that anything you don’t want goes on to find a good home – through recycling, charitable donation, repurposing, or e-consignment through Etcetera Etcetera
